  1. This is the privacy policy for when you are using the Acorn Affiliate Portal. It tells you:
    1. what information we might collect about you;
    2. how we might use that information;
    3. when we might use your details to contact you;
    4. what, if any, information of yours we might share with others; and
    5. your choices about the personal information you give us.
  2. We’re committed to keeping your information safe. At the same time, no service can guarantee to be completely secure. If you have any concerns that your Acorn Affiliate account or personal information has been put at risk, please get in touch straight away.
  3. We might collect the following types of personal information:
    1. Information that you give to us such as name and contact details; and
    2. technical device information - such as IP address, device ID, App ID – from computers, tablets, web browsers and mobile phones.
  4. When you give us any personal information, we will only hold your information for as long as we need it to facilitate your use of the Acorn Affiliate Portal or for as long as we otherwise have a valid reason to keep it.
  5. We must have a valid reason to use personal information that you give to us. It is called the lawful basis for processing. We use your information for the following:
    1. to facilitate your use of the Acorn Affiliate Portal and to provide you with information about it;
    2. to send you email correspondence with news and/or notices about the Acorn Affiliate Portal; and
    3. to handle any requests, complaints or enquiries from you about your use of the Acorn Affiliate Portal.

    1. any updates or changes to the Acorn Affiliate Policies and Acorn Affiliate Agreement terms;
    2. to answer you when you have contacted us, or to respond to a complaint; and
    3. to send you notices or notifications on your device about Acorn Affiliate.

    1. request a copy of your information; and
    2. to ask us to correct information that is wrong, to delete it or to request that we only use it for certain purposes.

  11. Notice may be provided by an email or a message in your app. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to stop using the Acorn Affiliate Portal and services and request that your personal information be deleted.
